Carder began his career with Brown & Brown Insurance Services in the summer of 2018 – he has experience integrating agency acquisitions at the local level and exemplifies superior customer service and leadership skills that fit well within the Brown & Brown culture.

He’s earned the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and the Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), & Certified Builders Insurance Agent (CBIA) designations. he also earned the Property & Casualty (P&C) Rookie of the Year for 2022, an award given to less than thirty P&C producers since the
Company launched its IPO in 1993.

Carder & his wife Madison live in Franklin, TN. Outside of work, he enjoys going to church, exercising, attending sporting events, traveling, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
